Requesting a variance to install a black steel ornmental fence and stone columns along the north edge of our property. The property is 2.7 acres and is just shy of the 3 acre requirement for fencing over 4 ft. Requiring fence and gate for safety of young children and busy street. 8) Reasons supporting why the BZA should grant the Development Standards Variance: (Additionally, complete the attached question sheet entitled "Findings of Fact -Development Standards Variance"). Our property is just shy of that at 2.7 and we are seeking a 6ft fence for safety as well as believe the height is visually more appealing.
