RE: Out Door Amenity Space
Dear Shane:
Thank you for the opportunity to submit the following proposal on out door amenity center space as we discussed. Below you will find pricing and specifications to complete the work.
Holt Construction Group will not be responsible for any unforeseen damages; any and all unforeseen damages will be repaired at an additional cost. If you should have any questions
or concerns please feel free to call.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- All work will be done per provided scope of repairs and answered questions in email dated 2/11.
- All items listed below will be materials provided and labor required to do task.
- Any items tasks not listed below may be subject to additional cost per approval by management.
- Local building permit will be obtained if required to build new pergola structure.
- Cut existing concrete and excavate for new concrete piers.
- Set new 6x6 cedar posts in concrete to support structure.
- New pergola structure will be free standing and will not attach to building.
- Pergola layout will be per provided plans.
- Install new cedar header supports and top boards.
- All new materials will be properly secured with galvanized fasteners.
- Frame for new "L" shaped grill island in corner of existing patio on top of existing patio.
- Additional costs will apply if new grill island is to be built in planter area.
- New grill island will be approx. 20' in total length.
- Sheath exterior and top of new framed island to prep for block.
- Install Uni-lock Estate Wall, or equivalent, to finish faces of grill island.
- Install Limestone top, sealed twice, or granite top to finish.
- Grill island top will only be one level.
- Will rough in framing and top to allow for (2) drop in grills.
- Provide cabinet door set for each grill, mounted below each grill.
- Provide and install timer box for gas grills.
- Provide gas supply line to each grill.
- Prep existing inset for new pavers.
- Set substrate at existing inset.
- Set and secure new pavers at existing inset.
- New pavers will closely match existing.
- Clean out existing planter boxes.
- Install edging as needed to control runoff on to existing patio out of planter boxes.
- Trench in existing planter boxes for gas lines to run.
- New plantings is not included in this proposal.
- Provide gas line to new fire bowl.
- Provide and install new 36" MISO fire pit with timer and shut out valve (or equivalent).
- Clean up and remove all debris
