I’ve issued the docket number for Hampstead Garden Secondary Plat (SP). It is the following:

The applicant seeks secondary plat and construction plan approvals for 12 lots on 18.2 acres. The site is located on the
east side of Hoover Road, north of 116th Street, at approximately 12000 Hoover Rd. It is zoned S1/Residential. Filed by
Nathan Laframboise of V3 Companies, on behalf of Tim Walter and Platinum Properties Management Company.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will be on the Wednesday, June 19 meeting agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC),
which begins at 9:00 AM. Petitioner, please have a representative attend this meeting. Also, for your reference, here
is a link to the current TAC Members list. The plan receipt preferences for each member is included (not all TAC
members use ProjectDox at this time for reviews.)

2. Mailed and published public notice is not required for this petition type.
3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the
BPW (Board of Public Works & Safety). Please work with Caleb Warner in the City Engineering Dept. to get on a
BPW meeting agenda, which has a filing deadline. His number is 317-571-2441, and his email address is
cwarner@carmel.in.gov.
4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director’s approval (signature on the final secondary plat). Checks can be
made out to The City of Carmel.
5. Please refer to the Secondary Plat application/checklist for more detail.
6. Review comments from the Planning/Zoning Dept. will be issued via ProjectDox, our ePlan review software.
