The project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of Carmel. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone. 3. The proposed project falls in the Williams Creek Watershed 4. A Petition will be needed to establish a new arm of the Williams Creek Regulated Drain. 5. With the construction plans, please submit the following procedural items: Petition for Regulated Drain Subdivision, Subdivision Outlet Permit, engineer's estimate, and all associated bonds for 120% of construction cost. The bonding includes storm sewers and monumentation. 6. The Storm sewer design will need to comply with the Hamilton County Stormwater Management Technical Standards Manual. (HCSMTSM) 7. There is evidence of a field tile running from the west side of the plat. There is currently a build-up of water where this tile is located. At this time, the Office of the Surveyor recommends installing a drain to intercept the water current flowing towards the defunct tile drain. This will help avoid a drainage problem on lot 1. 8. Any private tile drains discovered during construction will need to be tied into regulated drainage system. Please add a note to this effect to the plans. 9. A site visit will need to be conducted with the developer to determine appropriate vehicle accessibility to the Clay Creek outlet for maintenance. 10. Please submit complete construction plans and drainage calculations to this office when they become available. 11. A historic corner marker is located on this property and will need to be brought up to current grade -level. For guidance on how to do this, you may contact Brian Rayt at 317- 776-8495 or survevor@hamiltoncounty.in.gov Should you have any questions, I can be reached at samuel.clarlc@hamiltoncounty.in.gov Sincerely, Sam Clark Plan Reviewer CC: Jim Rinehart-V3 Properties Tony Strickland-V3 Companies LLC Alexia Lopez -Carmel Planning Rachel Keesling-Carmel Planning Alex Jordan -Carmel Engineering John Thomas —Carmel Engineering Angie Conn -Carmel DOCS Daren Mindham-Carmel Urban Forestry
