From your description the project is very likely exempt from filing. If the length of partitions is less than 100 tin. Ft. and there are fewer than 20 sprinkle heads, no relocation or
addition of plumbing fixtures, then it will be exempt. See the fallowing excerpt from the Indiana Administrative rules cornering exemptions:

Hello,
I have a small interior tenant build -out of a commercial space and I'm wondering if I
need to file for CDR? The scope of work is to demo existing metal studlgym. wallboard
partition wails and rebuild new similar walls in new locations so as to reconfigure
some offices. No structural work, and no ceiling changes (existing suspended
ceiling grid). There will be some relocations of lighting, sprinkler heads, and HVAC
supplylretum within the existing ceiling grid, based on new partition walls, which
do not extend above the ceiling. No changes to egress path, width, or
occupancy count. The total square footage of the project is 84osf.
The project is located in Carrel, IN.
Thank you for clari£cation on this!

We spoke on the phone at the end of last week regarding a small tenant build -out. I mentioned that our architect has discussed the project with a representative from the state
concerning review.
Can you look at the response in writing below and let me know if that qualifies for what is required to be submitted with the application?
Just trying to get my ducks in a row before the submission.
