Filed by the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission. Old Business: li. Commission to consider Docket No. 9-98 O.A, a proposed amendment to the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance. The proposal would add new provisions to the Zoning Ordinance concerning the maximum allowable density and developmental standards applicable to residential subdivisions. Filed by the Residential Open Space Task Force. 2i. Commission to consider Docket No. 10-98 O.A, a proposed amendment to the Carmel/Clay Subdivision Regulations. The proposal would add new provisions to the Subdivision Control Ordinance establishing definitions and requirements for open space in residential subdivisions. Filed by the Residential Open Space Task Force. 3i. Commission to consider Docket No. 11-98 Z., a change of commitment application relating to a rezone for Duke Realty Investments (Formerly filed as Docket No. 31-88 Z.). Petitioner seeks approval to change a rezone commitment to allow parking garages to be located in the development to be grade plus three levels rather than grade plus two levels currently permitted by the twenty-three foot height limitation.
