Enclosed please find the applications submission for a multi-tenant multi-use consisting of a hotel and leasable space
designated for restaurants and retail with the brand name “Avid Hotel” located generally at 13300 Illinois St.
Enclosed, you will find: (i) ADLS Application; (ii) Development Plan Application; (iii) TAC Application; (iv)
Development Standards Variance Application:
ZO Chapter 5.07(D)(3): Meridian Corridor Architectural Standards, Massing. Massing requiring two
(2) principal buildings on a lot over three hundred (300’) feet in width, proposing one (1) principal
building;
And, (v): Variance of Use Application:
ZO Chapter 2.39. To allow the partial hotel use on the first floor of the building.
