The proposed project falls in the Hamilton County Cool Creek Watershed. 4. The proposed project must comply with applicable parts of the Hamilton County Stormwater Management Technical Standards Manual. 5. Please submit an indirect outlet permit request for the discharge into the Cool Creek Regulated Drain. 6. Please direct all stormwater questions to the City of Carmel Engineering Department. 7. Please provide Drainage Calculations when they become available. 8.
