Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
Hearing Officer meeting on the 22nd day of July, 2019 at 5:30P.M.
in the City Hall Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032
will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance
application to:
-Per section 5.02B-3b (detached garage may equal the maximum
dimensions of 24’x30’).
-Requesting a variance to increase the building footprint to 34’x30’.
At property being known as: 147 Chadwick Ct. Carmel, IN. 46033
