Re: BZA Docket No. 19050005 CA – East 96th Street Auto Park Commitment Amendment
Dear Mr. Shinaver:
At the meeting held on Monday, June 24, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Commitment Amendment (CA) request filed by you for the property located at approximately 4600
E. 96th St.:
APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. 19050005 CA, Commitment Amendment request to modify existing
commitments (as it relates to the south half of Block A and to Lot 3, within the East 96th Street Auto Park
Subdivision) was approved with the Condition that both sets of proposed Commitments are executed,
recorded, and provided to DOCS within 30 days.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
