SURVEYOR'S REPORT In accordance with 865 IAC 1-12-1 et seq., the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding the causes and the amounts of uncertainty in the locations of the lines and corners found or established during this survey as a result of: A.) availability and condition of reference monuments, B.l occupation or possession lines, C. clarity or ambiguity of the record descriptions for the site and its adjoiners, and D. the theoretical uncertainty of measurements. A. The southern and eastern lines of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 4 East were used to establish the site's boundary lines. The locations of the section lines were based on the route survey for the Hazel Dell roadway project completed by American Consulting. A valid search was made to locate the monumentation for the Southeast and Southwest Corners of Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 4 East but none was found. The area is currently under heavy development and its section corners have not been re- established by the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office. Based on a previous survey completed by Schneider Corporation, the positional unceratainty of the said section lines is 0.50 feet. B. A few inconsistencies in the lines of occupation were observed during this survey and are as follows. 1.A rebar with cap labeled Schneider Corporation was located 0.40 feet east of the calculated position of the site's northwest corner. 2. A form field fence was located 0.9 & 1.3 feet east of the site's western boundary line. C. The record descriptions for the site and its odjoiners were obtained from the office of the Recorder of Hamilton County (the latest research dote was December 19, 2000). The record descriptions for the adjoiners were mathematically retraced ta disclose any gaps and/or overlaps between the boundary lines of the site and its adjoiners. The following observations are made as a result of this retracement: There are no gaps or overlaps in deeds between the site and its adjoiners. D. The theoretical uncertainty (due to random errors in measurement) of the corners of the site established during this survey is within the specifications for a class A (0.10 feet) survey as defined in 865 IAC 1-12-7 and 865 IAC 1-12-8. As a result of the above observations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the locations of the lines and corners established during this survey are as follows: Due to variances in reference monuments: 0.50 feet; Due to inconsistencies in lines of occupation: 0.9 feet; Due to discrepancies in the record descriptions: 0.00 feet; and Due to random errors in measurement: 0.10 feet.
