Good morning,
The engineering department has no issue with the desired variance for lot coverage. The additional
coverage is minimal and should not have a significant effect on the overall drainage for the
neighborhood.
Sincerely,
John Thomas, CPESC, CMS4S

Good afternoon John,
My name is Tyler Vargo and I work with Custom Living. We are currently working with the city on an
upcoming garage addition project and are working through some variance processes. We were asked to
reach out to you to work toward gaining site drainage and engineering reviews/approvals. I have
copied Tom Lazzara on this email as we are working together on this project. He had left you a voicemail
last week to try and set up a time to get together, so I just wanted to follow up on that and see if you
had some time possibly this week to get together.
Let me know what your upcoming schedule looks like. We appreciate the help. Look forward to hearing
from you soon.
Thanks,
Tyler Vargo I Architectural Designer
