I, the undersigned Registered Land Surveyor hereby certify that the included plat correctly represents a subdivision of part of the
Northwest Quarter Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of The Grove at the Legacy, Section Two, recorded as Instr. #2018030350, Plat Cabinet #5, Slide
#852 in the Office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana; the following three (3) courses are along the boundary of said The
Grove at the Legacy, Section Two; (1) North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 136.41 feet; (2) North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East 11.23 feet; (3) North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 163.00 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
East 213.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 191.00 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West 11.23 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 108.41 feet to a point on the North right-of-way of Cherry Creek
Boulevard; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West on and along said right-of-way 213.00 feet to the place of beginning,

I further certify that I am a Registered Land Surveyor, licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and that the within
plat represents a subdivision of the lands surveyed within the cross referenced survey plat, and that to the best of my knowledge and
belief there has been no change from the matters of survey revealed by the cross-reference survey on any lines that are common with
the new subdivision.
