Dear Matt, Pursuant to Section 9.07 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the Department of Community Services made the following administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the property located at 220 1st Ave NE: APPROVED: The Planning/Zoning Department administratively approved the proposed attached site plan and building architecture for a new 1new 2-story house with attached 2-car garage, NOT including the pool or courtyard which will be submitted at a later date. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for building permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
