SEEDING PERIOD.
b. MARCH 1ST - JUNE 30TH: SEEDING DURING THIS
PERIOD IS APPROPRIATE BUT GERMINATION OF A
PORTION OF THE SEED MAY NOT OCCUR UNTIL THE
FOLLOWING SEASON DUE TO LACK OF COLD
STRATIFICATION TO BREAK SEED DORMANCY.
2. WEATHER LIMITATIONS: PROCEED WITH PLANTING
ONLY WHEN EXISTING AND FORECASTED WEATHER
CONDITIONS PERMIT PLANTING TO BE PERFORMED
WHEN BENEFICIAL AND OPTIMUM RESULTS MAY BE
OBTAINED. APPLY PRODUCTS DURING FAVORABLE
WEATHER CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO

ORGANIC SOIL AMENDMENTS AS REQUIRED BY SOIL
TESTING AND SUPPLIER/ MANUFACTURER
RECOMMENDATIONS.
4. SOW SEED WITH SPREADER OR SEEDING MACHINE. DO

IF PLANTED OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD. DETERMINATION IF
THIS STANDARD HAS BEEN MET SHALL BE MADE BY

Re: Lauth Office and Hotel Development Plan
Project No. 2017.02968
Dear Ms. Keesling
On behalf of our client, Lauth Group, Inc, we respectfully request that this project be allowed to proceed
through a combination hearing of both the BZA and Plan Commission. The following variances are
anticipated for this project at this time due to its unique site constraints:
- Reduction of side yard parking setback along north property line to 5’
- Reduction of rear yard parking setback to 0’ to allow for shared parking (this may go away I
believe if cooperative agreement is reached between the parcels)
- Reduction in building covering lot’s width from 75% to 50%
- Request that no additional R/W be granted as we already meet the R/W along the remainder of
the frontage road
- Reduction/Removal of Landscape buffer yards between adjacent properties to allow for shared
access parking
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact me at (317) 547-5580.
Very truly yours,
American Structurepoint, Inc.
