Your architectural request has been approved for the following improvements: new deck, pergola, patio underneath the deck, new steps and a new pathway and steps up to the driveway. The purpose of the review process is to promote and ensure a high level of quality, harmony and conformity throughout the neighborhood by using the rules set forth in the Waterstone Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, the Supplemental Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions, and the ARB Standards. This approval is contingent upon compliance with the specifications set forth in the enclosed HRAC approval application to include the above stated stipulation(s) if any. If your change or addition requires a City or County Permit, it must be obtained before construction. A copy of the pertinent Approval Documents have been enclosed for your records. Please retain this approval as it should be passed on to future owners if your property is sold.
