Mr. Wood tells me he walked away from the confrontation while Mr. Stevenson still had comments to deliver. To your further emails, it appears Mr. Stevenson has encouraged other neighbors to "object to the business being operated in the neighborhood", however, nothing is being said about the garage, the subject of the Development Standards Variance. We do not operate a business in the neighborhood. Interesting, Mr. Stevenson's name appears on the signed consent to retain commercial trailers on the Wood property exhibit we submitted to your office. -----Original Message----- From: Shestak, Joe <jshestak@carmel.in.gov> Sent: Thursday, August 22, 2019 10:37 AM To: Shestak, Joe <jshestak@carmel.in.gov> Subject: FW: Board of zoning appeals Woodys BBQ #19070010 Letter #03, second submission from Mr. Stevenson -----Original Message----- From: dan stevenson <dsriverbank@me.com> Sent: Thursday, August 22, 2019 7:42 AM To: Shestak, Joe <jshestak@carmel.in.gov> Subject: Board of zoning appeals Woodys BBQ #19070010 **** This is an EXTERNAL email.
