Dear Mr. DeHart,
The Carmel Plan Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on June 27, 2019 regarding site plan
and design approval with 3 variances for additions on the front and rear of an existing medical office building totaling
1,445 sq. ft. on 0.25 acres. The site is located at 40 N. Range Line Road. It is zoned B-2/Business and is within the Old
Town Overlay District, Historical Range Line sub-area.
APPROVED WITH CONDITION: Vine Health Care - Development Plan, ADLS, and Variances as listed above
Final landscaping inspection and approval by Urban Forester
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
