The site is located at 154 West Carmel Drive and is zoned I-1/Industrial within the Range Line Rd./Carmel Dr. Overlay Zone. APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Docket No. 19050019 ADLS Amend: Kirby Park East Office Building  Final landscaping inspection and approval by Urban Forester  Dumpsters are enclosed  Lighting of building and archway lighting approved as proposed In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
