Dear Mr. Sanqunetti:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on June 27, 2019
regarding site plan and design approval for exterior painting of the existing building. The site is located at 154 West
Carmel Drive and is zoned I-1/Industrial within the Range Line Rd./Carmel Dr. Overlay Zone.
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Docket No. 19050019 ADLS Amend: Kirby Park East Office Building
Final landscaping inspection and approval by Urban Forester
Dumpsters are enclosed
Lighting of building and archway lighting approved as proposed
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
