RE: Docket No. 19050028 ADLS Amend: 12955 Old Meridian Remodel
Dear Mr. Buchheit:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on June 27, 2019
regarding site plan and design approval for a remodel of the existing building and reconfiguration of site circulation and
parking. The site is located at 12955 N. Old Meridian Street and is 2.23 acres in size. It is zoned UC/Urban Core and is
not located within an overlay zone.
APPROVED WITH CONDITION: Docket No. 19050028 ADLS Amend: 12955 Old Meridian Remodel
Final approval from the Carmel Engineering Department
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
