Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T July 23, 2019 Daniel Majestic Perma Pools 5245 Elmwood Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46203 Re: BZA Docket No. 19060012 V: Charles Pool Dear Mr. Majestic: At the meeting held on Monday, July 22, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 75 Nappanee Drive: APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. 19060012 V, Development Standards Variance approvals for Max. 35% lot coverage allowed; 44% was granted, with the condition of satisfying all Carmel Engineering Dept. comments and concerns. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 22, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
