Michigan Road: APPROVED: Docket Nos. 19060009 V & 19060010 Development Standards Variance approvals for: 1. Drive-thru vehicle stacking/outlet at rear of site required, Stacking/outlet in front yard granted. 2. Min. 2,500 sq. ft. gross floor area for principal building required; 1,500 sq. ft. granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
