Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter Section, thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West along the East
line thereof a distance of 49.22 to the South Right -of -Way line of 146 th Street to the Point of Beginning, said point also being the
northwest corner of Grandin Hall Subdivision, Section One, per Instrument Number 2006-12666 as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West along the West line of said Grandin Hall, Section One and
