Submittal Process
The Construction Document Submittal is the detailed review of the proposed plans. The submittal for review and
approval will provide complete documentation of the design prior to start of construction. The required
information for a consistent level of review for each submittal is as follows:
• All floor plans and exterior elevations (Scale 1/4" = P preferred)
• Roof plan with all roof pitches noted
■ Typical cornice details at first and second floors.
• Porch/balcony details
• Dormer details
• All exterior materials must be designated on elevations, i.e. siding, stucco, brick, stone and roofing
• General information regarding lot type
• Driveways, walks and hardscape material selections
• A site plan showing house location, driveway, refuse and service areas
• Landscape plans showing structures, hardscapes, planting beds, plant species, and plant size
Construction document submittals will be marked as either approved, approved as noted, revise and resubmit, or
rejected. Submittals will be returned within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt of full submittal
package drawings.
Site Plan - Submit 1 full set of plans: plot plans, floor plans, and elevations.
