The submittal for review and approval will provide complete documentation of the design prior to start of construction. The required information for a consistent level of review for each submittal is as follows: • All floor plans and exterior elevations (Scale 1/4" = 1' preferred) • Roof plan with all roof pitches noted • Typical cornice details at first and second floors. • Porch/balcony details • Dormer details • All exterior materials must be designated on elevations, i.e. siding, stucco, brick, stone and roofing • General information regarding lot type • Driveways, walks and hardscape material selections • A site plan showing house location, driveway, refuse and service areas • Landscape plans showing structures, hardscapes, planting beds, plant species, and plant size Construction document submittals will be marked as either approved, approved as noted, revise and resubmit, or rejected.
