DEMOLITION PLAN NOTES
Refer to supplemental drawing 1/DP1 for wall, doom, finish, electrical, and lighting demolition.
DP1. Remove existing walls shown as dashed and prep for new construction.
DP2. Remove doom, sidelights and frames. Save for owner's reuse.
DP3. Remove carpet and prep Floor for new Floor finish.
DP4. Remove wallpaper and prep wall for new painted finish.
095. Remove electrical and data outlets in walls being demo'd, including all attached wiring back to
main panel.
096. Remove suspended ceiling, existing light fixtures, and light switches shown on plan. Save light
fixtures for owners reuse.
CONSTRUCTION PLAN NOTES
Refer to supplemental drawing 1/CP1 for finishes, walls and electrical/data locations.
FP1. ALTERNATE: Provide new building standard full glass storefront. Include 21'-10" x 10'-0" drywall
wrapped opening. See Elevation 1/EL1 for details.
FP2. Patch and prime walls as needed for paint supplied and installed by the tenant.
FP3. Scrape, prep, and clean Floor to receive new engineered wood Floor finish supplied and installed
by the tenant.
FP4. Patch painted wood base where walls were removed.
FP5. Provide new power and data outlets shown with an'N".
FP6. New walls with a solid fill are to be 6" 20 gauge metal studs @ 16 O.C. w/ 5/8" gypsum wall board
on two (2) sides. Wall to extend from the Floor to 10'-6" aff.
FP7. Reinstall door and frame removed during construction.
FP8. Provide carpet tiles to be Mohawk, Datum BT284, Pumice 7238.
REFLECTED CEILING PLAN NOTES
Refer to supplemental drawing 1/RCP1 for lighting, ceiling finishes, and HVAC.
RCPi. The ceiling is to be changed to an open ceiling with all exposed HVAC units, ductwork and
conduit to be changed and painted as needed for aesthetics.
RCP2. ALTERNATE: Provide dedicated HVAC system with air handling unit located above the ceiling in
adjacent hallway. Existing ductwork serving adjacent space are to remain, but they are to be
changed to rigid duct in the open ceiling area.
RCP3. Provide five (5) new ceiling mounted junction boxes mounted at the deck above for pendant
fixtures supplied and installed by the tenant. Include new light switch.
RCP4. Provide five (5) new wall mounted junction boxes for wall sconces supplied and installed by the
tenant. Include new light switch.
