CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
Docket No. 19060019 DP/ADLS
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission, at its meeting on Tuesday,
August 20, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, 2nd Floor,
Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon a DP/ADLS application identified as
Docket No. 19060019 DP/ADLS.
The real estate (the "Land") which is the subject of the DP/ADLS application consists of
approximately 10.8 acres and is shown on the attached location map. The proposed use of the Land
is for construction of an orthopedic specialty hospital, medical office building and attached parking
structure. Petitioner is Martin Rosenberg. Preliminary conceptual renderings of the project are
available upon request. In addition, Petitioner's counsel, Robert A. Hicks, is available to discuss
the project with you by telephone at 317-977-1433 or in person.
A property address for the Land is not yet assigned. The general location of the Land is east of
Illinois Street between 1061h Street and 11 It" Street. The Tax Parcel ID number of the Land is
17-13-02-00-00-023.000.
The application may be examined at the Department of Community Services, Carmel City Hall,
3Td Floor, Carmel, Indiana. Written comments may be submitted in writing to the Carmel Plan
