GENERAL PROPOSED PLAN NOTES
Framing contractors are responsible for all labor, for
the scope of work specifed on the drawings provided
by Custom Living.
Owner understands that Custom Living has only
provided a labor and material allowance for the scope
of Rough Carpentry work specified on the drawings.
Any additional work added or uncovered during this
scope will be a Change Order during construction
Owner understands that the Drywall Allowance is
based on an estimated board count and square
footage take-off. A final walk through with drywall
contractor after framing and mechanical rough-ins will
be necessary to finalize drywall install and finish
budgets.
Final drywall touchups will follow countertop
installation.
FRAMING PLAN NOTES
Ceiling HT: 8'10"
Existing ceiling joist location in relation to the proposed
hood vent to be reviewed following demo. Ceiling joist
may need to be headered off depending on
intersection with necessary HVAC vent.
Install exterior penetration vent with plinthe block for
proposed Hood vent following HVAC rough ins
INSULATION PLAN NOTES
Foam and fire caulk all exposed and accessible
mechanical penetrations per Municipal Building Code.
Installation of new wall or ceiling insulation not
included in current scope of work
