I. All electrical work, installation, equipment shall comply with the current
N.E.G. (NFPA 10), State and Local Code Requirements, to assure a
complete, safe and workable system.
2. All disconnects shall be labeled for identification. Disconnects shall be
Installed as per the motor and/or equipment manufoctvrer's
recommendations. Verify mounting location, at Job Site,
3. Provide a NEMA 3 outdoor rated disconnect switch and
weather -protected, ground-foult protected convenience outlet at each
Packaged Roof -Top Unit, Heat Pump or Air Conditioning Compressor
location.
4. The electrical system shall be grounded throughout and shall be bonded
to the metal pipe cold -water entrance line, building steel and (5) 10
foot copper rod grounding field, at the service entrance.
5. The emergency lighting system shall be a battery pack type, solid state,
permanently wired Into a circuit with a lock -on breaker.
6. The Final location of convenience outlets and power requirements shall
be verified with the Owner, other trades and mechanical units prior to
rough -in. Mount 15" A.F.F., typical unless otherwise noted. Location and
mounting heights shall comply with currant AN51 Standard for
Accessibility for People with Disabilities.
1. The Electrical Contractor shall coordinate his work with all other
trades to assure a complete and workable system.
8. All dimenslons must be verified In the field.
9. The Electrical Contractor shall provide empty P.V.G. conduit with
pull -wires for the sound system where shown on the plans.
10. P.V.G. condvit under slab may be used if permitted by the State and
Local Codes.
11. Dining and bar area light Fixtures to be verified with Owner. The
Electrical Contractor shall submit fixture types for approval, prior to
ordering. The E.G. to furnish and install.
12. Mount all switches at 48" A.F.F., typical unless otherwise noted.
Location and mounting heights shall comply with current AN51 Standard
for Accessibility for People with Disabilities.
15. Final location of floor outlets for television jacks and power shall be
coordinated with the Owner and/or AudioNisvol Gonsultant, prior to
Installation.
14. The Electrical Contractor shall verify the voltage available For the
project, either single or three phase. The E.G. shall be responsible
for equipment compatibility with voltage available for the project.
The E.G. shall coordinate with all other Trades and Contractors.
15. All wiring shall be In metallic conduit or MG cable type, as per NEC,
State and Local requirements.
16. All wire shall be minimum #12 AW6; copper. All 120 V; 20 Amp circuits
over 101 In length, shall be #10 AW6, copper. Aluminum or
Coder -Glad Aluminum Are Will Not Be Accepted .
I1. The Electrical Contractor to wire all water heaters, provided by
Plumber.
18. The Electrical Contractor to wire all exhaust fans, provided by others.
Provide Z Pile switches, where E.F. is controlled by light switch.
11. The Timeclock to be coordinated and confirmed with the Owner and/or
General Contractor. Timeclock shall be 208/240 V; I Phase; 20 Amp.;
l-Day; 24-Hour; Day Exclusion copablllty; Reserve Power. Timeclock
shall be NEMA I enclosure, control by Photocell.
20, Telephone locations to be coordinated and confirmed with the Owner.
The Local Telephone Company to install.
