T. IF THE CONTRACTOR ASCERTAINS AT ANY TIME THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DRAWIN OR

TIONS OR ORDINANCES THEY WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE WORK IN QUESTION UNTIL THE

8. CONTRAGTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL PERMITS AND ARRANGE FOR INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY
THE CITY, COUNTY AND/OR STATE AUTHORITIES FURNISH CERTIFICATE OF FINAL INSPECTION
FROM THE LOCAL WILDING IN5PECTOR, INDICATING THAT THE INSTALLATION COMPLIE5 WITH
ALL GOVERNING RE AULATION5.
9, CONTRACTOR WILL BE PROPERLY LIOEN5ED TO PERFORM WORK AT THE LOCATION OF THE
PROJECT AND WILL MAINTAIN ADEQUATE 5ERVICE FAGILITIE5 LOCALLY. HE WILL PROVIDE
REFERENCES OF AT LEAST THREE 5AT15FACTORILY COMPLETED PROJECTS OF 51MILAR TYPE
AND 51ZE TO THE OWNER,
10, CONTRACTOR WILL COORDINATE WORK 50 A5 TO CONFORM TO THE PR06FZE55 OF THE WORK
OF THE TRADES, FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION A5 50ON A5 THE
CONDITION5 OF THE WILDING ALLOWS.
IL SHOP DRAWINGS WILL BE 50MITTED FOR ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS WHICH MUST
INTERFACE AND COORDINATE WITH OTHERS. CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT 51X (6) COPIES TO
THE ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW.
12. UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR WILL LEAVE PROJECT IN A CLEAN AND
OPERATIONAL CONDITION.
13. CONTRACTOR WILL VERIFY AND COORDINATE ALL NEW AND OR EXISTING CONDITIONS TO
INCLUDE DIMENSIONS AT THE JOB 5ITE FOR COWAR15ON WITH THE DRA11IN65 PRIOR TO
BIDDING THE PROJECT. SHOULD ANY DISCREPANCIES, ING014515TENCIES OR OMISSIONS BE
FOUND THE ARCHITECT WILL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY FOR CLARIFICATION PRIOR
TO PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK.

EQUIPMENT WHETHER OR NOT INDICATED ON THE DRAWIN65. CONTRACTOR WILL COORDINATE
SIZE, LOCATION AND TYPE OF ACCESS PANEL WITH OTHER 60141 WORK AND RECEIVE
THE APPROVAL OF THE ARCHITECT. ALL ACCESS PANELS SHALL MAINTAIN THE FIRE RATING
