NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
Hearing Officer will conduct a meeting on the 26h day of August,
2019 at 5:30 o'clock p.m., at Carmel City Hall Caucus Room, 1 Civic
Square, 2nd Floor, 46032, to hold a Public Hearing regarding the ap-
plication identified by the Docket Number referenced above (the
"Variance").
The real estate made subject of the Variance is approximately 9.41
acres in size, is commonly known as 600 E. 96th Street, is generally
located at the northwest corner of 96th Street and College Avenue
and is identified by Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as
Tax. Parcel Identification Number 16-13-11-04-17-001.010 (the "Real
Estate").
The Applicant is seeking to place one (1) wall sign on the west
fagade. The Real Estate is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor.
The Applicant is seeking a development standards variance appro-
val from the City of Carmel's Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.39.1.2.b,
which requires a wall sign to face toward a street right of way.
A copy of the Variance request that is described above and the ac-
companying plan is on file for examination at the Department of
Community Services, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN
46032, telephone 317/571-2417.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the pro-
posed Variance, either in writing or verbally, will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard at the above -mentioned time and place. Written
