To whom it may concern:
This letter is to serve as authorization of construction design release for the above
referenced project.
The design and construction documents for this project have been prepared under
my immediate supervision and control.
The plans submitted for permit are a duplicate set of the set submitted to the
Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services for state plan review.
The plans and specifications submitted comply with all applicable building and fire
codes.
I will personally make site observations during construction to determine
conformance to the construction documents.
