Please find attached a couple of pictures of the existing back side of the house. For the materials on the new cover,
we proposed using rough -sawn cedar posts and trim, which will match the existing trim on the house. The roof will be
architectural shingles, with the style and color matching what is on the house. The ceiling of the roof will be tongue
and groove material, also painted to match the color of the house trim.
On the second page of the drawings set, you'll be able to find a plot plan showing the requested dimensions.

Thank you for that paperwork, however I will need a plot plan with the planned project drawn on it including all
dimensions and distances from the rear and side property lines. I will need pictures of the house as it is now, a list of
all materials being used too. Thank you.
