Dear Mr. Majestic:
At the meeting held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property located at 906 Auman Dr. W.
APPROVED with Conditions: Docket Nos. 19040014-15 V, Development Standards Variance approvals for:
1. Max. 35% lot cover allowed, 49% granted.
and
2, 10' min. side pool/equipment setback required, 8' granted.
were approved with the condition of satisfying all Carmel Engineering Dept. comments and concerns.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards
Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be
underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval
granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 28, 2022.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
