Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T August 27, 2019 Rick Lawrence Nelson & Frankenberger, LLC. 550 Congressional Blvd., Suite 210 Carmel, IN 460321 Re: BZA Docket No. 19070007 V: McRoberts Residence, Fence Height Dear Mr. Lawrence: At the meeting held on Monday, August 26, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 14350 Oak Ridge Road: APPROVED: Docket No. 19070007 V, Development Standards Variance approval for maximum 6’ tall fence allowed, 8’ granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 26, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application, specifically the fence permit application.
