DO NOT SCALE THESE DRAWINGS. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS IN THE HELD. ANY DISCREPANCIES IN
THESE DRAWINGS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF BID IN THE
FORM OF A "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION". FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONTRACTOR

Scope of Work

PLUMBING CONNECTION AS NECESSARY FOR CONNECTION TO
EXISTING WATER SUPPLY & ELECTRICAL CONDUIT w/ PULL STRINGS
NEAR EXISTING RESTROOMS TO BAR AREA (SEE P101 FOR
LOCATIONS) (SEE E101 FOR ELECTRICAL LOCATIONS).
2. EXISTING ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO REMAIN, CONNECT CIRCUITS AS
SHOWN ON E103.
3. BUILD NEW INTERIOR WALLS AS SHOWN. ALL WALLS DRY WALLED
AND TAPED, MUDDED, SANDED, AND READY FOR PAINT ( VERIFY
WITH OWNER).
4. LEVEL & CLEAN SLAB READY FOR NEW FLOOR COVERINGS.
5. EXISTING MECHANICAL UNITS IN SPACE TO BE CLEANED TO LIKE
NEW CONDITION.
6. PROVIDE & INSTALL ELECTRICAL CONDUITS w/ PULL STINGS AS
NECESSARY FOR ELECTRICAL RUNS TO BAR. SEE E102 LIGHTING
LAYOUT
7. EXISTING MIENS AND WOMEN'S RESTROOMS AS SHOWN NEW
FINISHES IN BOTH.
