B+T Group is pleased to submit this "Structural Analysis Report" to determine the structural integrity of the
above mentioned tower.
The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we
have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be:

The analysis has been performed in accordance with the TIA-222-G Standard. This analysis utilizes an ultimate
3-second gust wind speed of 115 mph (converted to an equivalent 89 mph nominal 3-second gust wind speed
per Section 1609.3.1 for use with TIA-222 G) as required by the Indiana Building Code (2012 IBC with
Amendments). Exposure Category B and Risk Category II were used in this analysis.
All equipment proposed in this report shall be installed in accordance with the attached drawings for the
determined available structural capacity to be effective.

This tower is a 149 ft. Monopole tower designed by Sabre Industries in October of 2014. The tower was
originally designed for a wind speed of 90 mph per TIAIEIA-222-G.
2) ANALYSIS CRITERIA
The structural analysis was performed for this tower in accordance with the requirements of TIA-222-G
Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures using a 3-second gust wind
speed of 89 mph with no ice, 40 mph with 1 inch ice thickness and 60 mph under service loads, exposure
category B with topographic category 1 and crest height of 0 feet.
