APPEARANCE: All equipment should be installed with great regard to a neat finished produce. Whenever possible, ending should be routed in such a way as to minimize videlty. Piping shouts be tight to structure whenever possible, and orthogonal. Eliminate the need fa condensate pumps if possible. Contact the Engineer prior to installing any equipment that will not be able to be instaled in a read, fiat class manner, consistent with the Manufacture's installation instructions. Unless olherwdse noted flashing of mot openings will be dome by the General Contractor. Deliver mottop unit and exhaust fan curbs to General Contractor for installation. Contact General Contactor to coordinate this portion of the work Concrete housekeeping pads to suit mechanical equpment shall be sized and labeled by the Mechanical Contracted. Minimum concrete paid thickness shall be 312'unless otherwise noted. Pad shall extend beyond the equipment a minimum of 6 on each side. Concrete housekeeping pads shall beprovided by the Mechanical Contractor.
