The Smith's, residing on two lots at 530 1st Ave SE and 526 1st Ave SE, request a residential curb cut for 530 1st Ave SE. 526 1st Ave SE has an existing curb cut.
We are planning to relocate the garage at 526 1st Ave SE to a new foundation at 530 1st Ave SE which will free an unencumbered building lot of 0.24 acres with a width of 66 feet near
Midtown Carmel.
In all, we seek a curb cut, a sidewalk closure and a temporary construction entrance for the garage foundation construction. We will then seek additional permits to move the garage
to the new foundation.
