This plan includes fire safety walls and a few door installations. One change that we might make is not adding the wall to the classroom that is positioned to the right of the sanctuary and next to the common area, specifically the wall that separates that room from the sanctuary. We will probably leave it open as an overflow seating area. I am aware of the requests by the City of Carmel for updates to my property & building to allow Overflow Church SU to be approved to use this space. A few things: 1) Property taxes - I have no plans to appeal at this time. 2) Attendance or Representation at Monday's meeting - I will be out of town & my attorney is not available to attend. I could possibly be available for a conference call that evening if that would help. 3) Landscaping - Our property is cared for by professional landscapers weekly, including landscaping. I will plant additional trees north of Parking lot per Carmel's request. 4) Bike Rack - I will install a bike rack per Carmel's request. 5) Trash Dumpster - I will install proper fencing around Dumpster per Carmel's request. The above items are contingent on Overflow Church receiving approval by The City of Carmel to use this space. 1 LOBBYOPENOFFICEMECHCOPYMENSWOMENSCONFERENCEROOMOFFICEFLEXFPBREAKENTRYVESTIBULELOBBYSHOWROOMFINISHESCONF.ROOMSTORAGESTORAGESTORAGESERVERMENSWOMENS2 STORYWAREHOUSE9800 Association CourtIndianapolis, IndianaQUANTUMARCHITECTUREPO Box 56032 Indianapolis, IN 46256317-413-9497 www.q-architecture.comNorth05102040Scale: 1" = 20'-0"FIRST FLOORCKH Realty, LLCKevin O'Brien(317)491-31839800space@gmail.com 36" 30" (Min.) 30" (Min.) 30" (Min.) ----- 30" O 13-13 O — 24" Minimum distance from wall or other obstructions. 60" fl_ Materials and Installation shall be per "City of Carmel" Bicycle Parking Policy.
