Dear Mr. Logan:
At the meeting held on Monday, September 23, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property
located at 10455 Woodhall Lane:
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 19080010 V & 19080012 V, Development Standards Variance approvals for:
Min. 30’ front yard setback for neighborhood allowed, 25’ granted.
Max. 35% lot cover allowed, 44% granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 23,
2022.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
