Meridian St., Suite 400 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Re: BZA Docket Nos. 19080001-02 V: Franciscan Orthopedic Center of Excellence Dear Mr. Hicks: At the meeting held on Monday, September 23, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property located at 10800 Illinois Street: APPROVED: Docket Nos. 19080001 V & 19080002 V Development Standards Variance approvals for: 1. Max. 18’ accessory structure height allowed; 51’ parking garage granted. 2. At least 2 primary buildings required; 1 multitenant building and 1 parking garage granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
