Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T September 24, 2019 Mark Griffin 4802 Pendula Drive Carmel, IN 46033 Re: BZA Docket Nos. 19080011 V: Griffin Residence, Sunroom Setback Dear Mr. Griffin: At the meeting held on Monday, September 23, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 4802 Pendula Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. 19080011 V, Development Standards Variance approvals for: Minimum 40’ front yard setback allowed, 35’ granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 23, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
