Pursuant to Section 9.07 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the Department of Community Se rvices made the following
administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the property located at
126 3rd Street NW:
APPROVED: The Planning/Zoning Department administratively approved the proposed 2-story house with attached 2-car
garage.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for any applicable
building permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
