1. ) Remove and dispose of all cabinets and counter tops properly.
2. ) Client to remove cabinets as needed and salvage pier to start of
construction.
3. ) Remove and salvage toilet for reinstallation.
4. )Client to remove and store appliances as needed pier to start of
construction.
5. ) Remove existing paneling and all trims. Make ready for drywall.
6. ) Remove ceiling lighting for relocation.
7. ) Remove existing tile and under-laminates and dispose of properly.
8. ) Remove existing wood flooring and under-laminates and dispose of
properly.
9. ) Roll back existing carpet and pad for reinstall after construction is
complete.
10.) Existing Pergo flooring to remain and be protected.
11.) Remove door casings and trim as needed for modification to
doorway.
12) Client to remove all wallpaper and skim coat all walls in Foyer area
prior to start of project.
13.) Remove sink and garbage disposal. Disposal to be salvaged for re-
install.
14.) Not in construction area.
15.) All fireplace and existing cabinetry are to be protected and not to be
disturbed.
16.) All walls marked for demolition to have existing electrical and
plumbing capped for relocation or termination.
17.) Existing electrical panel to be protected.
18.) Remove existing vanity cabinet and sink and salvage for
reinstallation.
19.) Dust control curtain wall.
