I. You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
*All additional work associated with the documents referenced below.
*This Change Order is being created to compensate Gradex Inc. for an additional
drainage structure/pipe, exploratory asphalt cores and the addition of snow fence.
• All items created are based on the below referenced attachments.
*This Change order will create three new items:
• "Additional Drainage", (Item#180 - 1 LUMP SUM= $7,055.41)
• "Asphalt Cores", (Item#181 — 1 LUMP SUM=$911.20)
• "Snow Fence", (Item#182— 1 LUMP SUM =$1,020.18)
II. The following referenced Documents further describe the changes outlined in Paragraph I,
and are to be considered a part of this Change Order:
*GRADEX INVOICE—ADDITIONAL DRAINAGE
*GRADER INVOICE—ASPHALT CORES
*Change Order 3 Report-N. Rangeline Road Reconstruction
The changes result in the following adjustment of Contract Price and Contract Time:
