1. CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN PERMIT TO CONNECT TO SANITARY SYSTEM
FROM THE CITY OF CARMEL AND TRI CO SEWER UTILITY.
2. SANITARY SEWER TO COMPLY WITH TRI CO SEWER UTILITY SANITARY
SEWER SPECIFICATIONS.
3. CLEANOUTS TO BE PROVIDED WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE BUILDING EXTERIOR
WALL ON ALL LATERALS EXITING THE BUILDING.
4. SANITARY SEWER LATERALS WITHIN SITE SHALL BE (ASTM D-3034) SDR 35.

WATER SERVICE NOTES
1. INSTALL WATER SERVICE WITH MINIMUM 5.0' OF COVER TO TOP OF PIPE.
2. PROVIDE A MINIMUM 18" OF VERTICAL SEPARATION AND 10' OF HORIZONTAL
SEPARATION BETWEEN WATER SERVICE AND ALL SANITARY AND STORM
SEWERS.
3. WATER SERVICE MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION SHALL BE PERFORMED IN

GENERAL NOTES
1. UTILITY RELOCATIONS REQUIRED BY THE PROJECT SHALL BE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. UTILITY LINE RELOCATIONS
REQUIRED FOR ROAD PROJECTS THAT RESULT IN A CONFLICT WITH
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE THE DEVELOPER TO RESOLVE WITH
THE UTILITY. EXISTING POLE LINES REQUIRED TO BE RELOCATED TO
WITHIN ONE FOOT OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE.
2. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH DUKE ENERGY FOR ELECTRICAL
SERVICE TO TRANSFORMER. DUKE ENERGY TO ACQUIRE INDOT ROW
PERMIT AND PROVIDE ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE TRANSFORMER,
INCLUDING DIRECTIONAL DRILLING ACROSS US-421.
3. NATURAL GAS UTILITY COMPANY TO EXTEND GAS MAIN FROM THE NORTH
TO THE SOUTH ALONG REDD ROAD. GAS SERVICE FOR CHRISTIAN
BROTHERS SITE TO TAP THIS GAS MAIN AFTER EXTENSION WORK IS
COMPLETE, COORDINATE WITH NATURAL GAS COMPANY.
4. ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND UTILITIES IN REDD ROAD ROW OR NOTED "BY
OTHERS" IS NOT IN THE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS CONTRACT. REDD ROAD
PLANS TO BE PERMITTED BY WOOLPERT. COORDINATE CONSTRUCTION
WITH REDD ROAD CONTRACTOR.
