President Hammer called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Bid Opening Hotel Carmichael Bid Package 1
Hotel Carmichael Bid Package 1 bids were read aloud.
31. Building concrete: RL Turner, Custom Concrete, Verkler, Gibraltar
3.2 Precast: Strescore, Illini, Mid South, Kerkstra
5.1 Structural Steel: Indiana Steel, Lenex Steel, Midwest, JL Walter
31.1 Site Work Utilities: Millennium, Poindexter, White, Gibraltar
Shiel Sexton will take the bids under advisement and give their recommendation in a week.
Old Business
a. Action Item #1 Receive recommendation for 580 Veterans Way, Suite 100
buildout bids
CRC staff recommended that the lowest bid for 580 Weterans Way be approved,
which was Dalman bid of $550,138. Secretary Brooks motioned,
seconded by Commissioner Campagna. Unanimously approved.
b. Action Item #2 Receive recommendation for Monon and Main South Façade
bids
CRC Staff requested that all bids be rejected. Commissioner Campagna
motioned, seconded by Secretary Brooks. Unanimously approved.

Mr. Brooks motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Bowers. The Commission adjourned the
meeting at 3:38 p.m.
