'etitioners Present: Same as above (Sec 1) Comments: 1) Off site easements need to be recorded prior to construction. 2) Need to have SPC 15 prior to release of sewer permits. Site is located at the Northeast corner of 99th and Westfield Blvd. Plat consists of 58 lots on 15.7 acres. Petitioners Present: John Hodges (Estridge) and Norman Taylor (Woolpert) Comments 1) SCS and Co Surveyor did not have clear plan of Section 3, request section 3 be noted on utility and grading plan and submitted to SCS and Co. Surveyor. 2) Origional plan did not show erosion control on 99th street, and drainage, sidewalks, seeding, and erosion in area are all problems from Section 2 that need to be addressed. 3) Need minimum 15' utility easement on all front yards abuting R/W. 4) DOCD would like to have erosion control in place prior to issuing building permits. 5) Origional committments on landscaping on north and east sides need to be addressed and implemented and plan showing those features should be submitted. 6) Need as-builts of Geothermals. 7) Need compaction tests for any lots with over 2' fill. 8) Request that covenants reflect Homeowners Assn responsibility for retaining walls. 9) Requested cooperation with keeping trash and debris contained on site through use of construction fence. 10) Need map showing location of fire hydrants.
