PROJECTSCOPE
Architectural- Partial interior renovation of an existing building; demolition of some
existing walls, millwork, ceilings, and finishes; consW lion of new walls and ceilings;
replacement of demolished ceilings; installation of new millwork; installation of new
photostation within existing seMce.
Structural -Trenching of slab for utilities and slab repair; installation of a light gauge
metal stud Entry Portal; installation of cubical end post attachments; installation of
new folding partition structural support, demolition of existing masonry wall, trenching
of slab and installation of new turntable.
Mechanical - Relocation of limited existing air diffusers and supply; installation of
limited new ducting as necessary, installation of new exhaust fan.
Plumbing - Demolition of existing Kids Restroom; demolition and relocation of existing
water fountains; installation of new plumbing fixtures in existing customer restrooms,
installation of new supply and waste at new Break Room.
Electrical - Installation of new and relocated wall and floor mounted electrical devices;
installation of new and relocated lighting; installation of new wiremold; installation of
additional electrical panels; installation of new data cabling; installation of new fire
alarm devices, including programming and certification, installation of turntable
centrals.
